The Big Easy

Went to New Orleans to meet and visit with PawPaw Louis.

We celebrated Christmas at Nana and Bob's today.

thank God it was just Daddy posing as Santa! Shhhh - don't tell anyone that I figured this out.

Christmas Eve

Headed to Louisiana today.

I rolled over for the 1st time today...from my tummy to my back and I did it twice.

Celebrated Christmas with Nonna and PawPaw Nemo today.

Mid December

TWO Months Old

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

These pictures are so goofy.

So it started to snow and mom hurried to bundle me up and take me outside to get some pics. However, since she is dressed for summer, you can barely see the snow falling and a swimming pool is in the background, it looks like we are staging the whole scene.

These are the only pictures of the snow we have since it never collected on the ground. I think we are the only area of Houston that did not get snow that stayed on the ground. Ours melted as soon as it fell. Oh well.

Just lounging around! Hey, it is my birthday, can't I just relax?

Now that I am 2 months old, here are some of the things I can do.....smile alot, follow people around with my eyes, hold toys in my hands and bring them to my mouth, sit up with support, ooh, aah, squeal really loud, eat a bunch and sleep through the night.

I am eating 6 oz per feeding and I eat 5-6 times per day.

Early December

And I love bath time too! It is so warm and relaxing.

Ouch!

Today was my 2 month (even though I am not quite there yet) checkup. Mom and Dad said I was a CHAMP! I got three shots. I cried for a few seconds but then Dad made me smile again. Mom thought it would be worse. I think it was harder on her than on me. She cannot even look when they are giving them to me.

I am 8 weeks old. I weigh 12 lbs 11 oz and I am 22 3/4 inches long. Dr. Jung said I am a healthy baby with a perfectly round head.

Mom went back to work today - man it flew by. Aunt Tibby came over to take care of me. She is going to stay with me until I start daycare. I can already tell that we are going to have lots of fun together!

My First Thanksgiving

It was my first Thanksgiving and boy did the food look good! I wish I could have had some...guess there is always next year! For now I will have to stick to my formula. I guess it is not too bad since I do already eat 6 oz. per feeding.

Today I spent the day with lots of family and friends.

So Tired

I was so tired, I fell asleep sitting up.

WOW!

Today I held my bottle all by myself for a few seconds. Ms. Jamie was here to witness so mom is not lying. It was only a few seconds though and then I remembered how much easier it is when someone else holds it for me. I am way too young to start that now.
